MRI

For the first time, warming can be done in an MRI setting. Hot Dog can keep the patients warm and reduce anxiety while undergoing MRI procedures.

EMS/Transport

Hot Dog’s low power consumption enables the system to be used in areas where warming has never before been possible. Ambulances, rescue boats, helicopters and airplanes are just a few examples. There is also a battery-powered unit under development for transport situations both inside and outside of the hospital environment.

Military

Hypothermia is a major problem in the armed forces. There are currently no effective ways to actively warm patients in this setting due to a variety of constraints. Hot Dog has a future in this application because of its ability to operate with low power consumption.
